Not allowing filename

Sorry, I meant "your" and not "our". The line you need to add is your
allow   \.qxd\.pdf$   -   -
line (notice the extra \ I have added to it)
This needs to go near the top of the file.
Note that the 4 "words" on this line need to be tab-separated.
