[ Some characters may be displayed incorrectly. ]
Put a ruleset on the "Scan Messages" setting in MailScanner.conf. If
this evaluates to 0 (no) then no further scanning is done on the message
at all. It is just delivered straight back out again with very minimal
speed overhead.
By far the simplest solution :-)
