Postfix problems?

Hi,

During our opensource evaluation project on of the issues with
MailScanner that was raised by someone else is that it does not play
well with postfix.

Is this the case? I am not sure if Julian has fixed the problems
completely yet I just want to know if this is the case. I did suggest
sendmail as an alternative but was shot down due to sendmail's "security
issues" not sure what those are.
