SA 3.0.0, what other local cf files?

Still on 2.64 myself, but most of the ones in
www.rulesemporium.com/rulesets plus a couple of others.

Won't be upgrading to 3.0 still 3.01 is out and fixes the pyzor issues.

I'd make sure you've turned on the surbl.org URI, I'm sure they are
enables by default I think you have to give then a score or turn them on
via an enable switch
