I have been running 3.0 since rc1 and still use my old rule files. i use
several, as following:
$ls *.cf
99_sare_adult.cf
99_sare_biz_market_learn_post25x.cf
99_sare_fraud_post25x.cf
antidrug.cf
backhair.cf
bigevil2.cf
bogus-virus-warnings.cf
chickenpox.cf
coding_html.cf
evilnumbers.cf
general_body.cf
general_subject.cf
general_uri.cf
header_abuse.cf
meta_addition.cf
mr_wiggly.cf
random.current.cf
ratware.cf
regression_tests.cf
sa-blacklist.current.uri.cf
tripwire.cf
vbounce.cf
weeds.cf
As for your other issue regarding the high spam discards, i have not
seen that, but others may have. i would imagine it depends on your
scoring, etc.
