Webmin module or other web-based front end?

Anyone using the Webmin module for Mailscanner from http://lushsoft.dyndns.org/mailscanner-webmin/ ?  I need something for our helpdesk so that they can easily (ie, web front end) modify/add/delete the filename.rules.conf file.  I'm installing it on a secondary MailScanner box right now, but just wondering if anyone has used it, or any other Webmin module.   OR any other web-based front end that will allow easy changes to filename.rules.conf.   Thats all our helpdesk really has to touch...
