Mostly just for new installs, but there's no reason it wouldn't work as an
updater.

I just wrote it because Mail::ClamAV, and particularly SpamAssassin 3, have
a huge list of dependencies. This makes them a real pain to install by
hand, especially when CPAN decides it's going to update your entire Perl
installation half way through.
