MailScanner 4.35.3-1 keeps restarting

Undefined subroutine &MailScanner::Conf::Value called at
/usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/MCP.pm line 230, <GEN70> line 33.
Looks like the same error that was reported for earlier versions?
