MailScanner, SA and Bayes : still problems

What happens with the sa-learn process is very strange.

I have run sa-learn on several files downloaded from spamarchive.org and
when I run spamassassin --lint -D, it seems that content of Bayes DB is
removed !

Learned from 913 message(s) (1117 message(s) examined).
debug: Initialising learner
debug: bayes: 31672 tie-ing to DB file
R/O /usr/var/spool/MailScanner/spamassassin/bayes_toks
debug: bayes: 31672 tie-ing to DB file
R/O /usr/var/spool/MailScanner/spamassassin/bayes_seen
debug: bayes: found bayes db version 2
debug: bayes: Not available for scanning, only 15 ham(s) in Bayes DB < 200

Should I shutdown spamd before running the spamassassin command ? How can I
rebuild a fresh new Bayes DB ?

Thanks,

PO.
