Size notify

Where is the file to notify sender and recipient that the size of a
e-mail has over limit...?
 
ok i see that it matches with conted filter..
and it use inline.warning.txt
 
 
but the inline.warning.txt  do a antiovirus msg too!
and the size over limit isn´t a virus
