4.35.11, new Message.pm = higher load

Please keep an eye on this and let me know. There shouldn't have been
any major changes in there between 4.35.11 and 4.36.1 (just phishing
improvements). But if you continue to see it I will take a look and see
if any of the regexps could be better phrased.
