SURBL not working properly in MailScanner 4.35.9

There is no need for putting anything in spam.assassin.prefs.conf as far
as I know. If you have 

loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::URIDNSBL

in your init.pre that should be sufficient. Please run a testmessage
through spamassassin with the debugging option

spamassassin -D < testmessage

and analyze the output. It did not work here at first until I figured
out that Net::DNS was either not installed or the wrong version (can't
remember). The debug log should show you though.
