Minimum attachment size...

Just to let you know it seems to be working here now (4.35.11). Trapped
a few empty attachments from our ERP which got me worried, but on
investigation it was correct, the ERP had produced a null file attached
it and emailed it anyway.

So a little side effect is our suppliers won't be getting spammed by us
when there is nothing to order!

Thanks for all your hard work. One day we'll meet and I'll buy you that
pint of fizzy coke I keep promising :-)
