stuck with a real problem...

I am NOT an Exchange user so I don't know how to tell you to make Exchange
send back out through your MailScanner box.  For the machines I host email
for behind my MS boxes, they send their mail out directly.

If you are talking about scanning the incoming mail for domains other than
those hosted on your Exchange server, should be very easy to setup.  Just
need a little more information on what you are trying to achieve.
