I think the problem is not with you. You have handled the message
i4R8wMc00781 with MailScanner. After that sendmail tries to send it to
the final delivery and that system has a problem. The ID i4R8wRl00803
seems to indicate the other end allready has assigned a QueueID to it
but in the final stage was unable to store the message (either in the
queue or the mailbox).

You can check your quarantaine for i4R8wMc00781 and see where it should
have been delivered.
