If that can help you, I got many DCC_CHECK score with 1.81, but also one with 2.91, like the one below:
(required 6, autolearn=spam, DCC_CHECK 2.91, HTML_50_60 0.10,
HTML_FONTCOLOR_UNKNOWN 0.10, HTML_FONT_BIG 0.27, HTML_MESSAGE 0.10,
MIME_HEADER_CTYPE_ONLY 2.23, MIME_HTML_NO_CHARSET 0.56,
MIME_HTML_ONLY 0.32, MSGID_FROM_MTA_SHORT 3.03,
PRIORITY_NO_NAME 1.21, RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 1.10,
RAZOR2_CHECK 1.05, X_LIBRARY 1.58)
Maybe it is a setting that is variable...maybe ask on the DCC list...
