Thats what I do now.  It means I need to telnet in everytime a user wants
this option turned on.  We are a small ISP and have ~800 users.  If I just
turned it on for everybody some don't like it and would give me heck.  I
want something they can do themselves by looking at a how to on our website.
I want something that if they don't want to use they do not notice it.
