remove mailscanner-mrtg?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting the highest system loads I've ever seen. The server is
usually around 0.25 to 0.75. Today it was up at 13.5. MailScanner-MRTG
was showing huge CPU usage. I don't use it anymore, and would like to
remove it completely. How do I go about that?
