If you installed with rpm, rpm -e mailscanner-mrtg.
Otherwise remove the cron entry (either in /etc/cron.d or /etc/crontab)
rm -r /usr/lib/MailScanner-MRTG
rm /usr/sbin/mailscanner-mrtg
rm /etc/mrtg/mailscanner-mrtg.cfg
rm /etc/MailScanner/mailscanner-mrtg.conf
rm -r /var/www/html/mailscanner-mrtg
rm -r /usr/share/doc/MailScanner-MRTG*
(those paths may be different if you didn't do a default install).
FWIW the problem is probably caused by the number of files in
quarantine, and is fixed in the latest unstable release.
