MTA preferences for use with MailScanner

~From our own testing and this means testing MTA's that run with
MailScanner and all the specifica they need to have to run well with
MailScanner we came up with the following and I am talking raw
performance here:

Exim -> fastest
Zmailer along with sendmail second fastest and after that it seems to
dwindlew down for very high volumes with postfix being the end (in our
setup).

So while I agree that sendmail is not the easiest MTA to setup or have
an eye on, it is still possible to learn it. I think it is a good
choice, however if you _must_ consider a new MTA try Exim :) (and this
comes from a sendmail fan)
