Still getting duplicate mails!

Outlook doesn't support IMAP very well (IMHO) you would be better off
looking at some thing like Thunderbird www.mozilla.org which supports IMAP

In line with our policy, this message has
been scanned for viruses and dangerous
content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
