MailScanner failing after upgrade to RH9

This is a known problem in RedHat 9. They happily allow you to upgrade, but
the module search path in their build of Perl for RedHat 9 doesn't include
any of the directories used in previous versions.

So the upgrade to RH9 completely breaks all your Perl programs :-(
