MailScanner failing after upgrade to RH9

I think your perl got upgraded from 5.6.1 to 5.8.0 and this means that your
installed perlmodules are in an old 5.6.1 tree. Since @INC is now showing a
5.8.0 tree, they can't be found. I suggest you reinstall all needed
perlmodules for MailScanner
