MailScanner failing after upgrade to RH9

I would run the full install again.
Before doing so, add the following to /root/.bash_profile:
LANG=en_US
export USERNAME BASH_ENV PATH LANG (LANG appended to the end)
Logout and back in so you get the new profile. Looks like all of your perl
modules didn't make the migration.
