Yes - don't worry about it, it doesn't matter. You don't need to be
able to resolve because that's not how blacklist DNS
lookups work. If you want to check if the IP address against you need to check

If it doesn't resolve then is not in that list - if it resolves
(to 127.0.0.x) then it is in the list.
