In my case this is fairly common. I have been seeing this for as long as
I've been here... ~5 years, as someone said, it's a connection problem
between MTA's and I choose to think it's on the other end. My guess is
zombie-spam-bots getting taken off line in the middle of a spam attempt.
I've not heard of any valid emails being affected by this message. I've
listed below what I see on a normal day... sometimes less not normally any
more than this.
