MS/SA and DNS load (really: "relays.visi.com")?

This is *really* good information.

Since a dead DNSBL requires SA to timeout, which is a resource drain, you
would think that the SA folks would have regular "updates" of some sort to
make sure the tests are valid and not failiing. Not version updates to SA,
but perhaps test data/scoring updates.

Just my thoughts.
