MailScanner and Gentoo

Hi All,

I'm considering trying Gentoo for a mail server that offers MailScanner,
SpamAssassin, ClamAV, Samba, IMAPS and Hylafax as its major services.

I would use this server to replace a current system using FC2 to provide these
services.

I'd be very interested in people's experiences with Gentoo and MailScanner.
I'm looking to Gentoo for the perfomance increase over Fedora.

I'd appreciate any feedback from people with experiences using Gentoo and
Fedora for a MailScanner system.
