MailScanner, Spamassassin & Clam on Centos/Whitebox

Two options:
- cpan - which should automagically resolve the dependencies
- manual install of each module

The problem is that Whitebox does not ship with the exact same set of
modules installed, so there will be differences.
On the plus side Whitebox doesn't suffer from some of the niggly Perl issues
that deadrat 9 did... :)
