I run a small site too and for a long time I just ran Sophos, thinking
that it wasn't really worth the effort to add a second scanner.
Finally, I added the free ClamAV scanner and now I'm glad I did.  There
have been a few instances where Clam caught things that Sophos did not,
and it provides more protection in case a scanner update ever messes up
or something.
