The clue is here ---------------^^^^^^^^

MailScanner has run RBL checks and the sending IP address is lised in the
Spamhous RBL. SA has either not checked (Have you got Net::DNS installed?)
or you have turned off DNS checks so has not flagged this.
 Check MailScanner.conf for spam list settings.
