Here's an initial list. What have I forgotten?
Supports any combination of over 20 popular virus scanners, including
both commercial and open-source scanners
Supports all the most popular mail systems
Excellent anti-spam capabilities, using many different tools such as
SpamAssassin, Razor, DCC etc.
Protection from dangerous file types, both by name and by content
Protection from tricks such as filename-extension hiding

I've got quite a bit of space (half a page). So please add others, I can
