Problem with filename ruleset for "Remove These Headers"

Both work just fine. I like doing very fuzzy matching where I can so
that people aren't caught out by silly typos in their setups. I like
parsers to be as imprecise and "accept everything" wherever I can. More
effort on my part, but it makes your lives a lot easier as you can get
away with just about anything that looks sensible. Where that's possible
of course.
