Dealing with 'Pharmacy' emails...

Not on FreeBSD. On FreeBSD it should read

debug: using "/usr/local/share/spamassassin" for default rules dir
debug: using "/usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin" for site rules dir
debug: using "/root/.spamassassin" for user state dir
debug: using "/root/.spamassassin/user_prefs" for user prefs file

Jason: You should put all your additional rule-files in /usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin, restart MailScanner and that's it. Works here like a charm. If it does not work for you please check your MailScanner settings:

SpamAssassin Site Rules Dir 
SpamAssassin Local Rules Dir

If you are using the MailScanner FreeBSD port, those settings should have the correct location automatically.
