Tagged as spam by mailscanner, you mean with the DNSBL?

Make sure this setting is at no.
Check SpamAssassin If On Spam List = no

Hmmm.  Pretty weird.

So you've got Use SpamAssassin = no
?

No rulesets?

Are you sure you're not running spamassassin, spamd or spamc
independently from MailScanner?
