If you want to cutdown on spam there are a couple of things you can do:
Stop users using "catchall" email accounts or info@ etc. (not MS related I
know.. )
You are using a LOT of RBLs. Although I'm sure these help you they are not
"the" solution.
If you install MS with SA, pyzor, razor and DCC you will see a reduction. If
you then add a few of the custom rulesets into the mix you can cutout a lot
of the junk very easily.
One word of caution - RBLs are not perfect and can cause issues. The common
problem we have seen is with UK ISPs that are semi-permanently blacklisted
by some RBLs. Although presence in an RBL should increase an email's score
you will have far fewer headaches with the false negatives than you will
with the false postives (needless to say this depends on your delivery
policy)
