Sorry I forgot to mention, I am indeed using all the latest stable
releases of everything including having the RulesDuJour script run daily
updates.

Also I did not choose the best subject for this thread, it is somewhat
misleading. What is really happening is that the tripwire.cf rule is
catching combinations of three letters in attachments that are not spam. I
would like to keep using tripwire.cf if I can somehow configure
MailScanner to accept the message without it getting marked as spam.

by the way the content in the attachments that is triggering the tripwaire
rules is a list of software installed on my linux system, i.e.

<snip>
gzip                1.3.2-3
hdparm              4.5-1.2
initrd-tools        0.1.3
</snip>

I will contact the maintainer of the tripwire.cf rules to see what he
says.
