You didn't specify what version of SA you're using.. I know Theo's been
working on the mime parsing to eliminate binary attachments from the scan.
I'm not sure if this is fully implemented in 2.63 or if the final stuff is
going into 3.0, but if you're running an earlier version it would
definitely be worth upgrading.
