Nothing to do with your question, but I see that you are using Sendmail
8.11.6.

Did you see "CERT® Advisory CA-2003-25 Buffer Overflow in Sendmail" and have
you patched your sendmail? If not, you ought to consider upgrading to
8.12.10

Even with the latest mailscanner and spamassassin, it is still very hard to
filter out all the spams.

Here is one that scores zero spam assassins scores and got through
mailscanner.

And the contents is as you guessed, something about some new medicine to
enlarge something. Sometimes, they even sent it in jpg format to make it
even harder to filter.
