spam score of zero!?!?

Even with the latest mailscanner and spamassassin, it is still very hard to 
filter out all the spams.

Here is one that scores zero spam assassins scores and got through mailscanner.

And the contents is as you guessed, something about some new medicine to 
enlarge something. Sometimes, they even sent it in jpg format to make it 
even harder to filter.

Any idea?
