Spamassasin scanning sporadically, please help.

I'm actually resending the same exact email. It is
sometimes caught, and sometimes not. just a simple
subject and body.

I'm using version 4.22-4 the message is roughly 1k in
size.

The emails are all being scanned, however, sometimes
the fWORD rule will get caught and sometimes not.
