Spamassasin scanning sporadically, please help.

Hm.   Strange.   I'm just setting up something similar here (although I'm
spelling fowlword differently so I can tell whose rule we're talking about);
do you want to send your test email directly to my address and I'll see if I
can reproduce the problem?

Any idea how often it does / doesn't get matched?
