SA Timed Out (Redux)

I didn't receive a response...so I thought I would try again...
long story short:
SA is timing out and delivering spam to my account. My headers after
delivery look like this:
X-MailScanner-SpamCheck: not spam, SpamAssassin (timed out)
Is it safe to assume that if SA times out, mailscanner delivers? Why would
that be? What do I have wrong in my config?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Log entries are here (using postfix with seperate logging facilities...this
is ONLY MailScanner logging)
