Isolating MailScanner 'slowness'...

Max Children = 5

I've also set

Max Unscanned Messages Per Scan = 50
Max Unsafe Messages Per Scan = 50

down from 100, as the box would croak trying to
process a batch of 100...

Presently I've moved the Bayes files (didn't make a noticeable
change),
and also turned off Razor2 for the time being, as I've had problems
with that in the past...
I've also set:

SpamAssassin Timeout = 20

... but it's not suddenly killing SA off and complaining, which is
making me wonder whether it is SA that is causing the problem.

The mail queue is back heading towards 1000 messages again (i.e.
messages waiting)...
