Domain by Domain Setup

I feel sure this has already been addressed somewhere, but I can't find it
so please forgive me if this is a redundant question.

I am curious how to go about setting up MailScanner such that each domain
would have the ability to use different options, much like an ISP would
need.

If that can be done, I would also like to know if there are any HTML pages
or scripts that would allow the admin of each domain to configure their own
MailScanners settings.  I am aware of the webmin plugin, but that allows
for configuration of the entire MailScanner system, not a domain by domain
basis.
