Correcting mailscanner-mrtg output

Kevin, I forgot to mention that I have never understood the meaning of the
green percent line in the ethernet graph.  This is probably my lack of
knowledge but the numbers seem very strange.  I have been commenting the
appropriate line out of mailscanner-mrtg.cfg to remove it.

How do you interpret the ethernet % graph?
