It's "SpamScore" without a space in the distribution, and no-one else has
complained. And there is a line in the code which strips out everything
except a-z and 0-9 from the name of the configuration option. And the
internal translation and definition tables all work with no spaces (in fact
they rely on it at that point).

No, I think something more subtle is going on with your setup.
