Sendmail mailertable troubles

Here's an example of one of the domains I scan and forward for:
in /etc/mail/mailertable:
farfalle.com esmtp:postal.farfalle.com
in /etc/mail/relay-domains:
farfalle.com
That's it! I hash the mailertable and restart MailScanner. When you stop
mailscanner, are all of your sendmail process in fact stopping?
