Sendmail mailertable troubles

I will take all the suggestions.  Yes I have been restarting MS and there is
the FR-o /etc/mail/relay-domains entry in the sendmail.cf file.

It should not be this difficult.

Silly question...did you restart your MS process after modifying
/etc/mail/relay-domains?
Does your sendmail.cf have an entry for relay-domains?  Something such as:

FR-o /etc/mail/relay-domains
