easynet quits

I don't have any line in any file in the /etc/MailScanner directory that has
RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK
If I need to create one in spam.assassin.prefs.conf, does it matter where
it goes? How does this make MailScanner skip the other easynet listings,
which don't have the word dynablock is the same line?
